| when in use, photographer name must be shown near by all images reproduction. Copyright mention must be in each descriptive card for each photo. All litigation regarding the interpretation or execution of the current agreement will be exclusive jurisdiction from Québec jurisdiction. the credit for the image must be written as: Name of the Place or Region © TQ/Name of the photographer (Example: Gaspésie © TQ/M.Dupuis) |
